Meridian Grasp


1) Relax and tune into your problem. You can merely THINK about it at first just to connect with it. During the processing if you happen to feel it--it will feel safe and acceptable. Just think about it at first to get the ball rolling. If you can't feel it--that's okay. This process will work either way.

2)As you tune into your problem and think about it or feel it-- begin to do circular breathing and keep this breathing up during the entire Meridian Grasp. Circular breathing connects the inhale with the exhale in a comfortable fashion. Exhale is relaxed with no control at all. Either inhale and exhale through and out the mouth or inahle and exhale through and out the nose. Don't mix nose with mouth. One or the other. You need not do this perfectly. In short don't stop at the top of the breath or the bottom. Breathing is one nonstop loop. (If confronting panic or severe trauma--keep your breathing slow and have someone you trust with you).

3) Utilize the MERIDIAN GRASP POSE by taking your right palm and placing it gently on the lower center of your forehead. Your middle index finger (Your you know what finger) should be pointing toward the center of the top of your head. Your fingers spread slightly apart and not touching each other. The center of your palm should be right over your "third eye". Your thumb and little finger may now gently pull your scalp near or at your hair line in opposite directions--this slight pulling should be in a straight line. The heal of your hand should be resting comfortably on the bridge of your nose. Parts of your palm should be gently covering over your eyebrows. (practice this grasp for a minute or two before you start the whole process) The area your palm and fingers are covering is the major confluence of all the energy meridians flowing into the front of the brain. This area is a massive energy area--by doing this grasp you are grasping every vessel and every meridian in unison.)

As you have the front portion of the MERIDIAN GRASP POSE--now do the back. Simply take your left palm and lay it across the boney protuberence at the lower rear of your head. This is the occiptial ridge. Hold your palm gently there. Your fingers should be aligned with your ear. Later energy flow will connect through vital centers of the brain.

4) Simply do the circular breathing and the Meridian Grasp and bring whatever problem (Feeling, Belief, physical sensation, etc.) into your awaresness and allow it to remain there until it suddenly discharges. You feel the opposite of what you started out with. Cross your left ankle over your right and allow the tip of your tongue to touch the roof of your mouth.

You say each one once until it's cleared. Here they go:

1) I clear all of this (problem) in my being and my body.

2) I clear all of this problem's related emotions in my being and in my body.

3) I clear all of this problem's parts in my being and in my body.

4) I clear all of this problem in any hidden places and outside of my body.

5) I forgive myself, others, and the universe for this problem.

6) I ask my unconscious for another problem to clear.

You can also create your own focusing statements. Say they only once and then allow the energy to evaporate the problem in your being and in your body.

You can do any of the following during the Meridian Grasp:

(a) Simply give attention to your problem--view it.

(b) As you progress you will have rapid but linked problems popping up and being cleared. You can just go on automatic pilot and see where this is taking you. Just let what is occuring happen. It moves like a rifle shot after a bit.

(c) You may be dreaming through problems in a straight line-- related difficulties will be self-clearing in rapid succession. (You Core trans fans will recognize this sort of goings on in the Core state as you're going down the line)

(d) When you are experienced enough with the Meridian Grasp you can jack the Sedona Method into it and release long related tubes effortlessly. Once the releasing stats with the M.G. the releasing takes off on its own. Release on positive stuff too. Release on imperturbability. Release on existential question. Death. Life. Energy. Meaning. Birth. Positive or negative--its all grist for the mill. Love. Future. Past. Present. This stuff will take you to a portal--Just release on essence after it becomes strong
